they seem to be focusing a lot on just making new characters to gacha and the other aspects of the games semms forgotten

One the best gacha games I ever played

Every bit of lore and story is interesting every operator is unique. The stages are amazing even when they are difficult, it really makes you use your brain rather than just brute forcing it or you can watch a guide, either way its still pretty fun. The gacha system is one of the best I’ve seen in a while tough but fair unlike FGO. Lastly each event is just amazing lore, story and the characters.

Used to be a generous game

It was good years ago, but now the featured 6 stars are now harder to obtain. Especially the limited ones. I suggest you find another game.
