Not for new players

This game is really hard on beginners. You have to constantly look at guides for assistance and the rewards are minimal so that you can’t advance fast. I’m a few months into the game and just finished chapter 3 of the main story.

Don’t be fooled by the Gacha...

This is a real game with soul and depth. The music and atmosphere are amazing and the story after a slow start gets good. There’s attention to detail and tons of lore to discover despite the sometimes awkward translation. The gameplay is nuanced and even with the best characters turning your brain off means death. There’s space for a large array of strategies and even the lowest rarity units can clear the stages with enough planning and knowledge of the game. If you don’t wanna took away at the game challenges with low rarity units, the game is quite generous and the Gacha pity rate is good enough to ensure you have a good chance at characters of high rarity you like, along with them appearing in the in-game currency shop on rotation. Take me for instance, with only the monthly card(and some random spending here and there) I already have 80% of the highest rarity characters and you don’t even need duplicates or equipment to make them usable like other games, get them once and you’re good. This by far my favorite “Gacha game” ever and it really transcends that label to become a good game that can effortlessly stand on its own regardless of the gambling or mobile aspect. I will soon be playing for a year and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

I spent 2-3 hours playing IS mode and kept crashing the game. This happened all the time when I was with the game for 5 years and still haven't seen the save progress feature and I feel so bad.

Peak strategy!

I have been playing since 2020, and I loved it so much I made a F2P alt last year. I enjoy collecting all the operators and outfits on my main, but I have able to complete the ENTIRE game without a single purchase on my side account! There is so much content, and everything is accessible without any of the “meta” operators. Of course, you will pull plenty of them with the generous resources the game gives you. Arknights is an exercise for your brain. With effort, you will also become victorious!

5 Years already

This is the only acg game in my phone. I have played this for 5years and almost get full box. The story and setting are so amazing and the rate of getting rare operator is great!

Storage issues

I absolutely love this game, both its tower defense mechanics and unique units I get to place. My only issue with it though is how much storage I need to keep playing. Unless I have a way to buy more storage or get a new phone, I might or might not be able to play this game.

Fun and stress free

It doesn’t feel as stressful to keep up w as other gachas +kyostinv guides… loxic kohl makes me so angry tho

Unable to update game as of current

Downloaded and then when asked to update and choose partial or full and choosing full the update gets to around 50% then fails saying server connection failed. Did the game die or am I experiencing a bug with the game?
