Camera loss connection very often
Do not log in to account
It is not possible to log into the account. Until now, the error is not fixed. If you offer online access to cameras through the app, you must ensure the application's health and access to cameras. Now the app does not provide access to cameras, i.e. is malfunctioning and subject to exclusion from App Store, as misleading users. Please Apple Inc exclude this app from App Store.

Господа, у кого с апреля перестали работать системы Arlo, знайте, что это не очередной баг, а санкции. Российские IP адреса просто заблокировали, это легко можно нагуглить на их официальном сайте, Россия теперь в черном списке с еще парой тройкой стремных стран. Решение проблемы относительно простое - роутер с VPN. Гуглите Asuswrt-Merlin, OpenWRT и ищите свой роутер в списке поддерживаемых, если его там нет, то я рекомендую к покупке Asus RT-AX86U и ставьте на него прошивку от Merlin (можно и не ставить, а оставить стандартную, но тогда не будет VPN Director, а это полезная штука). Это новые реалии жизни, Arlo не первая и не последняя компания, которая забанила Российские айпи адреса, скоро роутеры с впн станут для нас нормой жизни. Учитесь жить по-новому.

All of a sudden base simply disconnected from the Internet. I’ve tried everything suggested in the manual to reconnect. Nothing worked. I think I’m done with it. I give up. I had so many problems with Arlo. Even though it looked like a great product in the beginning, the number of issues accompanying it and really poor tech support have killed my desire to continue using it. Bye Arlo. Never again.
Awful. Lost connection every 5 minutes
I don’t understand why you didn’t make a separate Wi-Fi channel, like in cameras, for connecting to a phone. The connection keeps dropping. The camera cannot be used.

doorbell does not connect to wi-fi!! how can you produce such a raw product?!

Very offen it’s disconnecting from base station and need manually connect back even with pretty good wifi signal from base station. Right now live streaming is not working for all cameras.

With last update I can’t log in because I have message Your request timed out. I tried reinstalled apps with no results!
