I had an account but forgot my password - the ability to reset is non existent - tried 5 times - had to create a new account. Would not accept the two photos confirming my covid - so had to remove one. Does not accept Luxembourg as a valid country that I am traveling from - this website needs some work!

This is a very glitchy app. Freezes often. I usually have to attempt to complete a declaration a few times as I restart the app multiple times because it has frozen.

It was slick fast smooth and very simple fast and easy to use . Not scary or intimidating. 5Star . Very straight forward . A Canadian Product . Use it .

I filled out all the required forms in the app. When I arrived at Canada, I was told I had to go to the kiosk to get the reciept. The kiosk asked me all the same questions. The app was a waste of time.
