Please refund as I don’t have a subscription

I am asking for refund for this app as I cancelled well before the 7 days trial and was still charged 28.99 AUD Thank you

I have problems with the app

Paste the app for a week. However, when I try to enter the app, the screen goes black and does not continue. I need you to help me or give me my money back.

Scam

I paid to do the palm reading for fun and now they keep charging my card $30 every week. When I try to delete my subscription (which I never agreed to) it says that I don’t have one - so I’ve had to cancel my cards to try and stop them from charging me. Don’t trust this app.

Worst app

I cancelled app as it wasn’t good so cancelled the app and now I cannot even log in to check it’s been unsubscribed but they keep charging my credit card and won’t refund my money or respond to the emails of proof that they asked for. Don’t get sucked in, the guy nextdoor could tell you what your stars and lines say.

They have charged me 3x $59.99 And I didn’t even ask to be subscribed they literally took my money and robbed my bank

How do i unsubscribe the plan? I couldnot find the way to unsubscribe this app , i even emailed them but didnot get any response!

Lies

Even if you unsubscribe and follow in the instructions in there policy. You still get charge be aware, if ur using iOS and you have unsubscribe they still charge you. Even though you don't see it on the list of subscription they still charge you. I've been charged three times tried contacting them herd nothing. Had to call bank to block them from taking $ Please don't waste your time on this app.

Total SCAM

Saw this on a social media advertisement. Asked me to sign up for a dollar to get access to a 3-day trial version. Once I did that they charged me $46.50 out of nowhere and sent me an email saying the subscription would be automatically renewed after 3 days. It will be $60 monthly until I cancel it. This won't even come up in your Apple subscriptions. You will have to download their app and do all the drama to cancel it. It took me more than 20 minutes for the cancellation process. Don't get caught!!!

Dishonest

I signed up for a free trial and I cancelled the same day. I also paid for a one-time fee (about $1) to access a report. Yet I was charged $59 (no idea where this came from) by the app and email response from them has been unhelpful with no indication of a refund. I even shared the screenshot of me cancelling the trial.
