4) Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

會亂收錢 The app will deceive you into paying money. Very malicious.

下載付款報告沒有任何提示

非常糟糕的用戶體驗，要價US29.99的報告，在詢問客戶是否要下載前，沒有任何付款提示就直接扣款已經屬於詐騙行為！

沒有訂閱卻被扣款

我沒有訂閱為什麼還被扣款，我的裝置沒有這個app的訂閱紀錄，也找不到任何查詢。

退費email什麼時候可以獲得回覆？？

我要取消訂閱，已經聯繫過商家兩次，只是一直收到自動回覆郵件。而且也已經超過信上所提的四個工作天，到底是有沒有想處理？？根本是詐騙，拜託不要訂閱他們！！什麼垃圾App，誰用誰賠錢，爛到不行，我真的是白痴才會訂閱。可以拜託回覆一下我郵件嗎？？很難嗎？？

詐騙軟體極度糟糕的體驗

被IG廣告推薦，決定用Apple Pay 刷1美元試用看看，點選下載PDF後直接被扣29.9美元，點選前畫面上完全沒有任何付款訊息，點選後也沒有任何付款確認訊息😨 立刻取消試用並寫信到 customer support 說明情況，等了很久才收到他們認為我的情況不符合退款規定的回覆😥 看了被迫購買的PDF發現也沒什麼內容，整體而言這個軟體給人的感覺就是希望使用者誤點到軟體裡的按鈕讓他們可以直接扣款，再說不符合退款規定，真的是極度糟糕的體驗
