Keeps charging me monthly. When I try and find out how cancel it sends message that I’m not subscribed! Scam!!!

Signed up for trial. Cancelled trial and have been charged $66.

This app is biggest spam ever tried to use this app on trial period after that immediately $ 59 and $ 61 got deducted from my account I thought it was my mistake but after that I cancelled the subscription but still this app kept deducting money from my account, they have taken almost $200 from my account till without any confirmation. I tried to mail you but there is not response. You guys are so sick, you don’t even have any value of someone’s hard earn money, my only mistake was I downloaded the app from an rubbish advertisement. I was collecting money to go back to my home, I work as a ground staff in a hotel just to collect some money and you guys looted it like this even hurting people’s feeling by using such spiritual app. FRAUD!!!! I want my money back otherwise I’ll take strict action against this.

As Soon as you download this app they will charge you with out even letting you know. This app is fraud and scam. Very late emails reply. It still says Fully refundable but doesn’t in the time claiming. There are other better options if you’re into Astrology. Go through YouTubes and Books or even Google. Do not Trust you will regret. Zero Star for this app. Shut the app

I clicked onto an ad for this app as I enjoy astrology. It had a 3-day trial for NZ$1, so I decided to give it a go. After I approved the payment for the 3-day trial this app/company proceeded to deduct multiple unauthorised transactions from my account. Even after I had contacted them, unsubscribed and deleted the account. I have contacted the support team multiple times with only one response only after I said I would be going to my bank to dispute this. They ignored my inquires about the multiple unauthorised payments and only sent one reply saying the $1 payment would not refunded. I wasn’t disputing the $1 payment, I was disputing the multiple unauthorised transactions now at over $100!! I will be chasing this and going through my bank and disputing this! I will be making damn sure that you won’t be stealing any more money out of my account!

Please be careful if you download this app or browse this company's website. They deducted USD $30 from my account without informing me. Even after sending an email to their support team, they responded by saying that I was the one who made the decision to make the payment. When I replied back to clarify my concerns, they ignored my email and never responded afterwards. TOTALLY MONEY MAKING SCAM!!!!!! BE AWARE

They prey on vulnerable people with no regards for morality. I was snared by a ‘when will you have your baby’ ad in social media this year after suffering a miscarriage not long before. I tapped through some options and never got to a part that even discussed pregnancy or future pregnancies. After I kept looking I accidentally ended up subscribing and paying for a ‘full report’ that I never wanted and cost me 50 bucks!! There was no second confirmation, it just took my payment on first tap. When I sought help from customer support to get a refund for this report which I never even opened, I got several automated responses about apologising for the wait time, then never actually heard back. I’m appalled by how this company that professes to be spiritual and all about your well-being is really just after your money. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

This app have been take my money even when I unsubscribe the plan but still going on take money from my bank !!! Be careful on downloading this app

Reported this to Apple fraud them!! Accidentally purchased via Apple Pay from Instagram, accepted that I had to pay a trial. Tried to cancel via Apple Pay subscriptions but it wasn’t there…. Downloaded app and cancelled immediately. However it didn’t cancel and changed me a full subscription. Cancelled that and then saw the two charges in my bank account and contacted support. No refunds, no apologies. Bad service. I didn’t request a purchase! Have reported as fraudulent app to Apple.

Be careful clicking on the app because they will withdraw large amounts of money from your bank with no warning if your Apple Pay is connected to the App Store. They withdrew over $30 (I did not subscribe it did it on its own) and it didn’t even unlock any new features of the app. It’s a big scam and they just stole money from me and my family. They are near impossible to contact you can only write a review or email them. No phone number because they know what they’re doing is wrong. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I have kids to feed.
