Please do not get this App nothing but scammers! and should be arrested, I’ve had £35 taken out of my account, I had one response saying it would stop but they keep on taking money, I have emailed twice since and no response. Simply awful. Apple Please shut them down!!!
I have just had €20 taken from my bank. I bought a 3 day subscription for around £2 or something and now theyve taken more. NOTHING to say when i paid for the 3 days that it would continue after! Absolute joke i want my money back!!!!
Total scam they dont come up on apple pay so you cant cancel that way and when you write to the Zen desk they keep saying they will get back to you by 96 hours so by that time they have taken a full subscription even though they have neglected answer on the first email saying you want to cancel on the first day. Just keep getting zen desk 96 hours emails.
Paid a small amount for a palm reading which was utter nonsense. Then a few days later they took nearly £18 for a subscription. I didn’t sign up for that nor see that information that I’d signed up for that. Very sneaky and likely illegal. Have emailed the company with no reply. Disgraceful!!!
This app used to be great and then since the latest update it has complete stopped working. It goes to load up and then just a white screen?! Is there a fix??!
I've downloaded hundreds of apps. Many I am happy to pay for. If not, I expect when I unsubscribe on my phone that I am unsubscribed. This does not work with these con artists. They require a second confirmation unsubscribe by email, which was in spam. As the developer knows, I did contact them and they certainly did not help at all.
Help! I signed up $1for a week but they’ve already charged me within a few days for a full month!
Why do we have to pay it is shown on adverts as a non paying app
The app's visual design is undoubtedly stunning, displaying a high level of sophistication and professionalism. However, its usefulness is severely limited unless you commit to an annual subscription. This approach gives the impression that the app is designed solely to entice users and then deplete their financial resources. In the past, it was possible to extract genuine value from free services before opting for a paid subscription, but that seems to have changed. The current business model appears to revolve around a one-sided mindset of constantly demanding from users without providing anything substantial in return.
