1) If you choose to subscribe, we offer auto-renewable Premium Subscription options.

I didn't approve the payment. But it was paid twice! 29.99 , 28.99! You must give me a refund.

They draw my money even after I unsubscribed it. Their customer service didn’t even response me after they draw my money. This app and website is only taking your money without any responsibility.

19.9달러가 3일뒤에 결제되는데 구독 취소 어떻게 해야하는 거임

말도 안되는 앱

3일 트라이얼 주고 취소 버튼이 없어서 취소 요청을 이메일로 했는데 결제가 되었고. 3일 지나서 취소할 수 없다고 함. 사기같은 앱이다. 절대 다운 받지 마세요. 다운하는 순간 엮임. 심지어 밑에 이메일로 3일 전에 취소 요청했은데 답 없다가 결제된 후, 3일 전에 취소 요청 이메일 보냈다고 하니까 자기네 정책상, 그리고 3일 트라이얼때 동의를 했다며 환뷸 안된다고 ㅠㅠ. 이런 식으로 돈을 얼마나 버는지 모르지만. 참 한심하네. 그리고 후기를 읽어보지 않은 내가 잘못이지 ㅠㅠ 어짜피 돈 날린 거지만 생각할 수록 열받아서 추가함.

취소하고 환불해주세요

아니 심지어 구독 중도 아닌데 (구독항목에도 없음) 왜 자꾸 한 달 26000원씩 빼감? 앱스토어에 이런 사기앱 올라와도 되는건가요? 피해보상해주세요
