Nagyon jó applikáció, a minden napommá vált mikor éppen eszek, mindent rögzítem benne és ezáltal sokkal jobban figyelek arra, hogy hány oránként eszek, és hogy mit. Tudatossabbá teszi azt hogy, hogyan étkezzek.🫶🏼 ajánlani tudom a használatát.

Great food log
Im so happy I came across YouAte! Ive been looking for a food diary that is easy to use and doesnt need a lot of effort, and which i can keep private. Even at my workplace im able to add text of my meal when I dont have a chance to take a picture. A while ago I kept a written food diary but that became inconvenient. Keeping this food log and journaling my food is easy, simple and great since I can share with friends as well!
Mindful eating without counting calories
