Easy entry to mindful eating

As an overweight person with unhealthy eating habits, I use this app as a tracker of my meals and calories. Compared to other food trackers, it allows to create a meal entry in just 3 clicks and 5 sec so it doesn't bother you at all. I also like that it's designed to make you think not only about what you eat, but also why, where and with whom you eat. It gently pushes you to reflect if you're doing the right choice which to me sounds like an essence of mindful eating. I am deeply grateful for such a great app! My only suggestions would be to add a meal cards export option and also a dedicated field to add meal calories (currently I use the description field). Keep it up!

The best food app tracker I’ve tried. It’s easy to use and it records the essential - what you eat and drink, when and why. Love the on-path / off-path timeline and the fact that it helps you focus on smaller goals. The daily recap is just amazing! There’s just 2 little things I’m missing in the app. The possibility to customise the quantity of water I drink each time and the possibility to edit a meal photo on the day after. Not the meal itself but just the photo. I like my photos to look nice but I don’t always have the time to immediately edit them. It would be nice to have the possibility to add a new photo even on the day after.
