Trods utællelige opdateringer, er programmet stadig ustabilt. Den crasher altid. Når den så crasher midt under en opdatering er man på skideren, låsen bliver ubrugeligt indtil den bliver konfigureret. Efter 15-20 forsøg lykkedes det. Af alle apps jeg har et denne nok den eneste der har rekorden i at crashe. Der er heller ikke noget hjælp at hente fra supporten. Og nej, det er ikke kun på min telefon, det er nøjagtig det samme på de andre her i husstanden.

It takes two clicks instead of one, from you open the app till you can open. Why not make this single press? Most people probably have one, even though I already want a second. It doesn't work with Siri/homekit. Signup flow for new guests is very cumbersome and slow. There should be a easier way for guests to get access without having to go through a complicated signups process involving confirmation of both email, phone, face photo and personal details. But it works fine in Denmark.

I am happy i tried the app before purchasing a product. The app doesn't support Danish numbers and therefore I would not be able to register my product. It requires an area code which in Denmark doesn't exist. Also claims that my Danish number is not valid. Guys please make sure your app supports Danish numbers which consists of 8 digits. +45 12345678. Also the circle on your two pictures on the app Page the circle does not line up. Attention to detail is important when it comes to security. :o)

Rigtig godt system, som gør det nemt når man kommer hjem med hænderne fyldte, og døren selv kan låse op. Slut med at være bange for at miste sine nøgler, eller lede efter dem i tasken, de er på telefonen.

Every day, it makes me sign in and enter a passcode it texts me despite never logging out. Really takes the convenience out of it.

After years of mostly seemless working, one of my locks started being unresponsive in HomeKit but not August app. I removed the accessory from HomeKit but current version of app crashes when trying to enable HomeKit for lock.

Dont buy unless the developer fix the widget

After iOS 18 they removed the widget to unlock from your Lock Screen. August just blames Apple on their website. Saying legacy widgets are not supported. You are a “smart” technology manufacturer. Write new code and update your “smart” technology!!! Pathetic. Can not recommend.
