The app requires you to sign up $$$ for a trial in order to get more than a tiny bit of content, and then they hide how to cancel before the free trial ends. Also, there’s no inexpensive short term fee, you have to get the whole year. An application that makes it difficult to cancel, and hides the ability to do so, so that you need to contact tech support or consult several different places in the app and on the web to figure out how to do that? you know they’re just trying to get money out of your pocket. Theoretically, this is all about new-age support and psychological help, but in fact, it’s yet another Internet strategy to separate you from your money and to try to trap you in a sub before you can cancel in time. For example, if you sign up from the web instead of from an app, you can only cancel by sending an email, and that information is deeply buried in their Help files. When you do that, you get an automated email that tells you how to cancel from the application instead of acknowledgment that you were trying to cancel a web account and that they will respond— i.e. a loop. Plus, as is so sadly the fact most of these days, there’s no real support, only automation and bots. It just adds to your psychological burden. Don’t bother there are other apps that offer meditations for free, and there isn’t any CBT on here as promised.
You must pay if you want to listen to anything and they deliver thousands of notifications, in 1hr i got 5 notifications from this app. Immediately NO.
The app is well made and ergonomic. Everything is functioning as it should and the tracks are perfect for sleeping and/or meditation.
Great app! Try it
Very helpfull
Dissapointed about the customer service. You are forced to subcribe to use the app, I did it because I was curious to test it, but also they said they will notify before the trial period expires. No notification and I was charged for a full year subscription (I did not had the option to select the monthly one).
This app is a pay-to-anything. After 10 minutes of answering questions you realize the app offers nothing but main menu for free :)) not even one lousy ocean sound to play. So what's the point?
