Buenos días, es una aplicación que tenemos en la institución y no está funcionando en segundo plano, ¿qué solución podemos tener?

Esta aplicación es inestable. Hace falsos registros. Raras veces le entran las llamadas. Realmente Avaya todos los días se parece más a una de esas plataformas experimentales. Estoy apunto de echar darle de baja a eso Ipo y probar un asterisk. Por otro lado en los max M1 funciona peor aún.

Muy practica pero no funciona bien en iOS 12.1.2 Las llamadas no ingresan en segundo plano, tampoco puedo oír a las personas, de vez en cuando puedo escuchar pero en un 90% de las veces no oigo nada, las otras personas si pueden oír lo que yo digo.

Excelente aplicación para movilidad y teletrabajo, sin embargo, no funciona bien con iOS12, debe estar abierta la aplicación para que ingresen las llamadas, de lo contrario ingresan con retardo y al contestar la llamada se establece en vacío.

No es fácil contestar la llamada cuando el teléfono está bloqueado, mientras se desbloquea ya se perdió la llamada. El historial no funciona para retornar la llamada únicamente oprimiendo un ítem de la lista.

This is the most unreliable ridiculous app I have ever HAD to use. I have to use this for remote working. It disconnects calls, it won’t let you answer calls and worst you will go an hour without a call then realize you have to delete and reinstall because it’s GARBAGE

Calls do not come through when iPhone is locked or app is running in the background. It worked properly when I first started using, then came the app update and it no longer worked. Coworkers who use Androids do not experience this problem. This has been a known issue for some time. Why hasn’t it been corrected so this app functions in iOS as intended? Are there any plans to correct this issue?

Functions avail for iPhone are significantly limited compared to those using an Android or desktop app. This is frustrating when teaching new team members to use this.

I LOVE Avaya but not this app. We use this in a hospital setting and only on Apple iOS does the app not work in the background or when device screen is off. No one seems to care that the ED doctors can’t get calls.

Title says it all. The app doesn’t notify there is an incoming call unless the phone is unlocked, awake, and the app is on the foreground which makes it worthless.
