Cant get 46xx file
Wont connect my extension either through avaya cloud or 46xxsettings file

No good for iPhone
Every time there is an iOS update on iPhone, this app doesn’t work unless you keep the app open constantly.
Not working in iOS 16
Currently we have 3 staff members who are unable to use Avaya in iOS 16. Not other common circumstance between other then the version. This app is so buggy that I wonder how so many other voip services like Slack, Teams, Discord, Skype can all work so easily just with an internet connection and this app fails to sign into or let users make phone calls.
Useful Soft-Client for Enterprises
Excellent application for agents working on remotely or on the move.

When it has been properly configured and full features implemented, this is a great app.
Not great software!
I’ve used better online phone software in the 1990s! Our organisation uses it on laptops and it’s intermittent at the best of times. Most annoying is on my iPhone 11 with all software updated it only works when you have the app open on screen, if you move to another app it turns it off!! Customer support email didn’t work (asiasbc), not good for large organisations as you need to have your customer login which means you have to go through IT and wait days for a response and when you call them it goes overseas to someone who clearly has no idea!
Solid but can be better
A little bit of work to setup if working remotely. More so the issue is the app is left idle in the background for 5 or so minutes, the extension logs out and doesn’t receive calls. No way to keep the extension logged in unless the app is always open on the screen
Cannot hear ringtone on inbound calls since updating to this version
Ringtone is played through ear piece and not speaker. Cannot hear.. updated to the latest iOS 14
Still no push notifications for IP Office.
No APN support for IP Office
Not ringing
No incoming calls are received unless the app is opened.
