After a couple of months, the app logged us out and throws and error message every time we try. The error message says to contact support. We did. After support realized our issue wasn't going to be solved by restarting the app, they stopped responding. I've sent them two follow ups to no avail. This issue makes all our Avi-On products worthless 😔

cannot access the timer unless u are in the same house as it, does not give u a viable option to have two different timelines going. this app is very bad

Updating the firmware on this app is a nightmare and now I can’t get into this app or change the schedule or nothing. Useless app

Can’t get it to work. The lamp turns on but doesn’t turn off! Very frustrating.

I tried contacting support to assist in helping me update my firmware on my wall switch and outdoor switch since it wouldn’t work with the directions on the app screen. They emailed me some suggestions and I followed all their recommended steps to follow. None of these seem to work. They blame apple for the flaws on their support web page. There’s no telephone support so you can’t walk thru the process with someone to help you. I’m usually somewhat technical and can figure things out on my own but I’m ready to toss both these devices in the garbage and buy a new brand. I had the outdoor switch for our Christmas lights and had to remove it to use a manual switch instead. Very disappointed. Never in all my years buying and using smart devices have I ever had so much trouble.

Countdown timer only works when you turn it on with the app every time. Dimmer timer doesn’t let you set the brightness. This thing is trying too hard to be simple and instead is crippled.

I don't normally write reviews, but for this item and app I have to. This product is a waste of money. I have an iPhone 7 and my bluetooth doesnt even detect the switch and I'm sure its not my phone because I use a lot of other bluetooth devices. I returned the first switch thinking that it was defective and bought another one, guess what!! Same problem. The app cant even find the switch. Please, please dont waste your money on this.

Takes forever to connect and often reconnects while you’re trying to control the device. Half I time I end up just walking over to the switch and working it manually. I’m in range and have a good Bluetooth signal. Will swap for WiFi switches.

it's unreliable! Especially for a physically disabled person! The external boxes ALWAYS need adjusting, and I cannot do that.
