Hay horas que hace falta personal en los bares. Cola para pedir consumición y mesas sin recoger. Mejor seria camareros para pedir en las mesas. Gracias
Relax obligatorio
El hotel es grande pero acogedor. La habitación es muy cómoda y encantadora, me siento muy bien. Recepción muy buenas personas y el comedor Ulia es grande y tienen mucha variedad. Los trabajadores muy atentos. Gracias era lo que buscaba.

Espectacular
Hemos estado una semana en el hotel y todo ha sido genial, personal, comida, limpieza, dar mi enhorabuena por el gran equipo humano que tiene este hotel. Gracias al equipo de animación por hacer que mi hija Laura viva una semana inolvidable! Toda la familia nos hemos divertido mucho !! Sois geniales Carlos, Laura , Freeman, Chicho, Debhora, Andrea… volveremos sin duda!

Estancia fabulosa. Fantásticas Instalaciones, cuidado, limpieza y personal inmejorable.
Satisfecho
Muy satisfecho con los servicios prestados por Barceló. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones acogedoras.
Trato Discriminatorio
Trato discriminatorio en función de la nacionalidad. Se da preferencia en el acceso a las habitaciones a clientes franceses, frente a españoles reconocido por el recepcionista. Los franceses a las 11 nosotros a las 15:00 horas . No volveremos a ningún hotel del grupo , al mismo tiempo tuvimos un error en la reserva , nos equivocamos de día . A pesar de no estar los hoteles llenos y no generar ningún gasto la noche que no estuvimos ,ni de cómida ni de alojamiento, no se nos facilita nada , se nos remite a una nueva reserva la cual tuvimos que abonar . Habíamos reservado directamente con BARCELÓ . Decepción con el grupo BARCELÓ y como hemos dicho no volveremos a alojarnos en ningún hotel del grupo .

El hotel playa blanca es espectacular.muy tranquilo para desconectar. El personal súper amable.instalaciones nuevas y de categoría.
No funciona llave digital
He intentado usar varias veces la llave digital en los hoteles con móviles diferentes y no me ha servido nunca
