Inkonsequent und unnütz
Bestellen von Room Service oder am Pool ist über die App zwar möglich, dann passiert aber nichts. Informationen zum Hotel weder vollständig noch korrekt was Öffnungszeiten oder Menüs angeht. Für Checkin Weiterleitung zur Website. Auskunft über mybarcelo-Status unmöglich. Diese App braucht niemand und sie lässt alle Chancen für ein digitales Hotelerlebnis ungenutzt

Das ist doch keine Spp sowas! Eine Portalseite, die dann Webseiten aufruft, bei denen wiederum der Member Login nicht funktioniert. Daher Schrott.

Achtung abzocke!
Wir haben über Barceló ein Hotel gebucht. 1 Tag nach der Buchung haben wir bemerkt, dass wir aus Versehen das falsche Zimmer gebucht haben (was ja auch unser Fehler war) und haben die Buchung storniert und das richtige Zimmer gebucht. Bei der ersten, falschen, Buchung haben wir direkt mit Karte gezahlt da dies billiger war als die Option im Hotel selbst zu zahlen. Nach 1 Monat war das Geld von der Stornierung immer noch nicht da und haben Barceló kontaktiert. Es gibt mehrere Tarife und bei dem Tarif mit der direkten Kartenzahlung, wie wir es gemacht haben, bekommt man sein Geld NICHT zurück. Somit sitzen wir auf den Kosten(1 Tausend 115€). Es wurde nirgends eindeutig erwähnt, dass man bei direkter Kartenzahlung sein Geld nicht zurückbekommt sondern es hieß sogar noch, dass man bis zu einem Tag vor der Ankunft stornieren kann und sein Geld zurückbekommt. Darauf habe ich explizit geachtet, da man ja leider aufgrund Corona nie weis ob man wirklich reisen kann. Mein Freund macht eine Ausbildung und ich studiere und dieser Urlaub war ein Traum für uns, auf den wir gespart und hart gearbeitet haben um ihn uns zu erfüllen. Der Urlaub ist ruiniert und müssen nun schauen wie wir die Kosten decken.
Definitiv gut aber...

many language typos, the gym booking is useless because you can book as many appointments as you want and block the gym for anyone else even if you dont use it

Alles war toll. Das Wetter, die Lage, der Ausblick und auch die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
