Fantastic hotel
We stayed here for 4 glorious nights and couldn’t fault anything. The hotel is pristine and our room was stunning with amazing views. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Food was amazing and we upgraded to all inclusive which was most definitely worth it for the gorgeous food and drink.
We enjoyed the aqua gym and volleyball and the lovely chilled music in the evening.
Night entertainment was excellent.
There was a great buzz around the hotel too and a great atmosphere. Probably the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Thank you to all the team at Barcelo👏

Why do you have to book your lunches & dinners daily and separately? You should be able to block book them instead of repeating the reservations for every day

Good idea but some places to eat/drink not on the app. Booking luck of the draw. Doesn’t work as is

When you click on hotel search, no destinations show up in the list. Its blank. Please fix asap

The hotel is very clean and the food fresh with lots of variety to chose from.
Superb gym, excellent range of classes and great instructors. Only thing that would help (as the hotel is on two large sites) is if Reception staff were able to direct us to the correct area to attend activities or if they were given specific names. eg ‘Main Pool’ isn’t very helpful when there are so many pools.
