They are scammers

The leads are fake, spoke to my first lead who claims she never submitted a request for services, even though Bark claimed she’s verified. She is raising a complaint with the ombudsmen’s, she has no idea how they got her personal information and assures me she didn’t provide it to them. Stay clear, it’s a scam.

They forced me to download the app to delete my account, and you must pay to send offers to clients who are fake!!! Do not waste your money.

Poor/Expensive Lead quality and if you are unlucky enough to have to contact customer support don’t expect them to help in any way. The sad thing is that they have good potential but not if they treat other business owners similarly (which according to other reviews is happening)

Firstly realise this is a UK company not Australian. Secondly many of the leads are fake. Some are real but I have had many that just never reply or answer the phone despite the lead saying the phone number is verified. Finally, customer service will ignore you if you want a credit on a fake lead e.g. a student researching an assignment - that’s not a lead but could easily cost you $54.

I joined Bark to get more clients. Certainly hasn’t happened that way. Out of the 8 leads I could buy, 4 are people looking for employment, three with no response even though I’m the first responder. You shouldn’t be able to post for employment through this. Waste of lead money and time.

Worst experience ever, most of there leads are fake just to get your money. Don’t waste time and your money on this.

Do not use this platform! It is a waste of time it is a waste of money! You are purchasing credits to be able to view the clients details so you can contact them for a service they needed. And no one responds! You can call, message and email and no responses! Also the credits are wayyyy overpriced it’s a joke, for only 12 credits you’re paying well over $50 and 12 credits don’t even cover unlocking the clients details they all request over 30 credits. For what! They don’t respond and even if you follow up they don’t say anything and the job is not taken and you’re still the only one that has responded to their service! It’s all fake this platform is scamming people thinking the job is real but it’s not so they are taking all your money. I have put hundreds and I never got a job! Usually people would respond requesting a meeting over the phone or in person and if they gave the job to someone else they would notify you however not in bark! It’s as if the clients are all fake which they are! They sit all day figuring out ways to create fake people instead of being genuine. Save yourself and don’t waste your money.

I try 3 times all was fake lead. Even if you want join don’t buy packages try very small amount and will see I am right.
