Citilink

Only got this app so I could get my “free” sports gear included with my flight. Turns out Citilink is just conducting some false advertising as the sport gear is not free even though Citilink are still advertising it. In countries with standards this is illegal. To add insult to injury the app simply does not work in any way, shape or form. Does anybody think this company actually services the plane? It’s Indo, of course they don’t.

Pop add doesn’t go away making it impossible

A promo banner comes up soon after opening which completely obscures the functionality. Seems to be no way to close the promo banner. Online booking requires you to use the app to pay with credit card, and the app itself doesn’t seem to work. Frustration to no end.

Very very basic and not user friendly Needs a lot more work!

Couldn’t log in even tho I’ve reset password a few times. So annoying as I got voucher as a refund but couldn’t use it. It’s been years they didn’t improve either the app nor website for better user friendly interface. Come on, is it still the same state owned company mentality?? Such a shame.

Knp ga bs masukan tujuan ke aplikasi pembelian tiket pesawat? Tolong dicek deh.

Aplikasi berat dan pembayaran sering error. Buat member link miles, benefit yang didapatkan sebagaimana dijelaskan di website tolong diaplikasikan dong di lapangan. Cape2 ngejar tier tapi disamakan dengan penumpang lain. Percuma beli seat berbayar juga tidak didahulukan dan sama dengan yang lain. Sangat burukkk!!!
