Not great

There are some features of the app that just don’t work. Like you can request different things, but never get a response. It’s not possible to change any personal details from the app either. Some functionality works fine, but I still find myself having to go to the office at least 3-4 times a year.

Very good and easy App.

The App is fast, good and clear. So also easy to use for not Spanish people.

Confusing menu and options

When you open the app is not straightforward to get you to do what you want. On the other hand your account and credit card are amongst useless options tha there is no way to get rid of them: the top most option is the one to get a loan Below is your account. Then comes the option to make your pay-slip money go automatically to this bank’s account (I happen to have another bank account) then you can see your credit card but then again they offer you the option of fraction ing the payment of the credit card even if you just spent almost nothing. So the screen is full with option you don’t need. You feel they want to sell you more stuff than what you ask for… almost a feeling that there is product placement within your account options. From a functional point of view the app seems to work quite well and you can do many things.

Bad app

I only have a username and no password for the app. The bank didn’t give me that. So, i wanted to change password. But they always say; technical error. So i can never change my password. Please fix this. I want to use te app.

It doesn’t work, terrible bug

It doesn’t allow you to scroll down to upload images, you can’t create a new account from the app.

Really bad invester manager

I straggling a lot every time i do trasactions, this longs forms really difficult to understand. The transactions doesn’t update. I thought I loose some money during a week until they update the total. Profitability calculations doesn’t update. Imposible to follow and have a real overview of your investment.

English text is cut off

I have an iphone 5SE and all the on-boarding screens had the text cut off or truncated... it might have to do with translations. Also quite small font🙈
