It’s one on the worst banking applications and experience I have ever had… Guys, come on. Who makes such and unclear applications? I’ve spent the whole hour inside my app and still can’t find my account requisites to give it to a contact and recieve a payment… this app makes me cry…

Perdida en funcionalidad
La version desde hace 2 años funcionaba mejor! Ahora con el afán de la publicidad ha perdido mucho en facilidad de uso y funcionalidad. Es complicado ver estado y sobre todo los movimientos de la cuenta o de la tarjeta. Y las ventanas emergentes con la publicidad es un engorro. Cierras una y enseguida aparece otra ofuscado lo que realmente interesa: ver estado de la cuenta y hacer operaciones con ella. Un desastre!

It gets stuck on login screen every second time I use it or try to make an online payment.
Bad customer service- no chat box or email
App is ok, but customer service is bad - no chat box, no written communication via e-mail to support team - only telephone or allocated manager in the office so you need to speak or go to the office. Very low level of CS
