Really good app for progressing calisthenics!
I love this app. It teaches you the steps to achieve a skill like muscle ups and gives you certain goals to hit with each step before being able to achieve the final movement!

This is an amazing app I use the coat 4 times a week! But I feel like it’s missing some features other workouts with body weight!?! Or maybe it’s just me? The coach is good but maybe adding more weeks like 8-12 weeks plan and maybe each week changes the workout for the same area so for example for chest there is no dips? Instead of pushups… just something to think about. But apart from that I use this app I have used all the others but I came back to this clean simple effective.
Great app for bodyweight workouts
Worth the price. It’s simple and effective.
Pricing is fair and the routine is great. I’ve ditched my gym membership and I now workout in the park. I pay the £3.99 for a tailored program and it works excellent. The pricing is reasonable please don’t change that. Please- I would like to see a time on the warm ups and cools downs so I don’t need to count in my head.
Very effective and I like the stretches
I think it would be really helpful if there was a notes section in order to add details myself such as what weight I am using to assist my pull ups. This way I would be able to track my progress better as the weight reduces. Otherwise enjoying the App thank you 👍🏼
Helped me progress so quickly
This app is great and I love using it but I feel it could do with some changes. 1) It doesn’t have a back option (not that I can find), so when you click on a workout you have to go through the menu to go back. 2) It would be incredible if you could create your own workouts using the app. If these options were available I’d give it a 5 star!
Really nice fluid formation of functional feeling mobility within myself when I complete the exercises within each skill - same with app
