Very helpful if you need to have access to your therapist 24/7
Can really recommend BetterHelp if you are curious about trying therapy. Trying it for the second time now, and have also tried in person therapy, but this works just fine. Very flexible in terms of scheduling, and love the fact that you can write your therapist at any time with questions and concerns. 👍
I thought there wasn’t more to learn about myself until i went to this app. My therapist makes me think more realistically about my situations. Highly worth trying out!:)
Love the people on the app, and it's easy to find things and also easy if you feel you need to change person for whatever reason
They seem more interested in your money than your mental well-being. First of all you have to pay for 4 sessions at a time. Second of all, if you dont spend your 4 sessions within 4 weeks they will deactivate your account unless you pay for 4 more sessions. Then I tried contacting support and they didnt answer my questions directly because they knew what they are doing is shady, so they twist it around and answers another question. Then I tried to clarify some details and asked if I wouldnt be able to use my 4th session since I payed for it, and I still havent received an answer to that. Despite I am polite in my communication with them. Finally, the therapy it self is like playing lottery, you can be lucky to find someone who are skilled to help you, but thats not a guarantee. The silence from support was the final nail in the coffin for my sake. This whole thing is shady. I recommend try somewhere else.
It works for my life situation right now, and it gives me access to be matched with just the right therapist for me. It is more affordable than other therapy, but still costly. But I do recommend!
The app works really well and smoothly, fast communication with my therapist… I’ve just completed my first session so not much more to say for now
Easy way to talk to a Therapist.
It feel nice to experience therapy for the first time and not feel tired by the process of finding pne the can help and guide specifically you.
It’s a good option if you can afford it, I like that I can do this at home with eases my anxiety a lot.
