Duolingo for your emotions
If you’ve never reflected on yourself or read any self-help books, this is a great first step. Otherwise it’s a bit too simplistic. For developers: long text in multiple choice gets cut out on iPhone SE. Procrastination is at 97% even when you finish all the activities (are you trying to give me anxiety??). Love “take a deep breath”.

This app has made it easier to understand myself and my emotions, and it has also made me feel less alone in my emotions. Would recommend it for anyone either as an addition to counselling, or as a way of learning techniques to help your self.
I'd say it goes beyond "Duolingo for self-awareness" by allowing you to build up a personal toolkit for managing your issues, not just clicking the right solution ad nauseam. If you make using Ahead a daily habit, for either progressing through the learning content and/or reflecting on an episode and/or checking in your emotional state, you'll not just work on yourself but improve day by day.
