With the BeyondTrust iOS Rep Console, IT support technicians can remotely support desktops, laptops, or servers, allowing them to:
• Initiate a remote support session from an iOS device without requiring pre-installed software.
• View a customer’s or employee’s screen and control their mouse and keyboard.
• Work on multiple sessions simultaneously.
• Chat with end-users and other reps within a session.
• Invite other reps into a session to collaborate and resolve issues.

Terrible app lets the overall proposition down
It’s hard to know where to begin.
The app is terrible. Competitor products are miles better. And cheaper.
It’s not well setup for iPad, it feels very basic. Smart Keyboards don’t work properly with the app.
It crashes regularly trying to login, as it does if you do login when starting a session (other reviewers also noticed this)
Essentially this app isn’t very well loved. Doesn’t get many updates. Is very primitive. It isn’t reliable. It’s pretty useless.
If you want to see what can be done on iPad and iPhone try something like Splashtop Business. While beyondtrust/bomgar is great on PC and Mac, the mobile client is really weak by comparison and should be far better given this is a premium offering for remote support needs.
Constant crashing in iOS 13
Has always been a staple of remote support, but needs fixing on iOS 13 - constantly crashes before a session can be opened.
Great but needs optimising
Great app that works really well, it appears very stable so far. I'd love to see it optimised for iPhone 6 Plus to take advantage of that big display.

The Bomgar Rep Console, enables me to effortlessly work and offer support wherever I am.

I usually use the desktop rep console but also use this app when out of the office. Would love to see 'jump to' or 'jump points' incorporated into the app.

I usually use the desktop version but on occasion I have to work away from my office; the iDevice version of the rep console has proved invaluable is supporting not only my clients but also providing assistance to my technical colleagues.

The App has been excellent in enabling me to support my customers on the move. I would be lost without it.
Almost there but not quite
There is a bug with the onscreen keyboard where it misses a lot of characters. Very difficult to type which renders the utility almost useless. Also you can't move the screen around so that you can see what your typing.
