Brili Routines Reviews

Good but needs watch app

Rosgoo on

United Kingdom

It really needs a watch app, i often misplace my phone mid task and then miss the notifications. This is the only thing preventing from signing up. Also, please have a long press or swipe to edit option on the start routines page too. This would make it much easier to manage a daily schedule. The option to custom sort the routines on the ‘manage routines’ page would be super useful and easy to implement too please.

Multiple users on 1 account.

I’ve downloaded to try as I have ADHD and my young child shows signs of following suit. I’m hoping this will help with organisation and time management as we are ALWAYS LATE!!! I think being able to set up multiple users from 1 account would be great so each user earns their own stars. And Something that would work for family routines where the individuals taking part in the routine may be too young to have their own account but old enough to benefit from the prompt and reward system. Including a family subscription package for multiple users in one household as it is common for ADHD to run in families.

It’s a free trail con

It’s is an absolute disgrace, downloaded the app decided it was not for me on the day I downloaded it.. knowing that it is a free trial that automatically charges at the end of the free trail.. tried to find where I could “Cancel” the pending subscription, as purchased via the Apple Store I kept getting take to App Store subscription section, where the brill app doesn’t show - as I have not select the subscription method (monthly/yearly/etc) on selection you are charged. Thus the free trial is a con, as you cannot cancel without making a payment. I have now cancelled the subscription within the App Store - I do however notice that with the brill app it till states automatic renewal. So disappointed.. would not recommend do not download you will be charged there is no free trial period.

I don’t understand why this isn’t more popular

I have ADHD so you can be sure I’ve downloaded and tried every app out there. This is the best one by far. It’s simple, flexible, and takes all of the ‘knowing what to do’ and helps you turn it into ‘doing what you know’ with easy steps and a bit of gamification. Love it.

Perfect premise BUT useless for ADHD

Zyyyaapppaaa on

This app was honestly everything my ADHD was looking for but without notifications/alarms before every task, it is another useless app on my phone. A really goddamn shame.

Not sure this is for ADHD.

I find there are some apps claiming to be designed for those with ADHD, perhaps sure that is intention or they’re just capitalising on the interest in this. But then… why is there is a time limited trial on an app designed for people susceptible to “time blindness”? It just makes me think it’s not really for ADHD. Today - the day I found and installed the app - may not feel like the right time if I feel I’ve got so much else going on including using task managers and existing routine apps. So I start the trial, forget about it, then later find half the limited time is over. This is why I immediately deleted the account.

Great but needs watch compatibility

I really love this app! I was diagnosed with ADHD recently and find this app so helpful in terms of getting my day to day tasks done. The only problem is that I put my phone down to do a task and then forget about it sometimes or get distracted. If there was a watch app that buzzed on my wrist and I could swipe from there that would be amazing!!

Game changer

I’ve had this app for a month now. Even though I sometimes forget to use it when I do, it makes such a difference. I love that I can put in a routine then state when I need to finish so I know when to start. And I love you can rearrange tasks without changing the master routine. It’s brilliant 😉

Sooo much potential, just a couple of glitches!

mrgncx123 on

I wanted to start by saying I have ADHD and this app is amazing! I only started using it today and I’ve never had such a productive day. It’s also so simple to set up. Only issue I have is that it crashes regularly if I leave a schedule program running and close the app. When I go back to reopen it, the app crashes and goes back to my Home Screen. I’ve tried closing the app properly by swiping it away but it still crashes - any suggestions?

Solid 3 1/2 lots of potential

Babs2225 on

This app is loaded with good potential. It’s a great idea and truly does work to get my scatty brain to do the things. I like the premade routines and that you can modify them to fit what you need. Now the things that I truly hope they improve. It’s a $50/ year app but it feels a little bit like they’re still beta testing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve finished the last thing on the routine list and marked it done but then closed the app and went on with my day and didn’t wait around for the final screen to come around. The next time I open the app it’s still there, saying I didn’t finish it. When I re-finish it, it puts on the calendar that I finished my go to bed routine at 6:30 am the following day. Also, you’re supposed to be able to rearrange your tasks in your routine while you’re in the routine but this has never worked for me despite multiple tries. Finally, if you take longer to finish your routine than normal, when you finish it, your end time is right on the calendar but your start time is not. Honestly, it seems like a ton of money for what it does. Like way too much. But it’s the only app I know of that does what it does so I guess you have to pay what they ask. Maybe I should have done more research.
