Estoy teniendo problemas para pagar un viaje de mañana con el app

Needs better language and currency customization

As of 2024/05/25 Official instructions on blanks car’s website for how to change language and currency do not work in my iPhone. (iOS 17.4.1) If i select England, prices are displayed in pounds and no way to change currency. If I select a country in EU I cannot change language to English in app or via iOS settings app.

Desorganización

Acá en mexico por mi experiencia no funciona bien. Los conductores no contestan a tiempo los mensajes, a veces te llaman justo antes del viaje y por supuesto, ya uno tomó otra alternativa. Y que pena que una idea tan buena se desperdicie por falta de coordinación, exigencia de la app a los conductores y falta de consideración al tiempo y dinero de los usuarios

Desearía pudieras contactar al chofer cuando apartas viajes con pocas horas de antelación.

Muy bien la app pero cuando quieres tomar un viaje con una o dos horas de antelación es difícil que te contesten, o aprueben, y hasta que no lo hagan no puedes comunicarte con el chofer para ver si es loable tomarlo. Hay mucha incertidumbre.

Bugün bir yolculuk için sizden Fethiye Gökova arası bi rezervasyon yaptım. Rezervasyonu yapan kişinin kesinlikle profilinde gözükmüoken ben yolculuk için appinizde onay almış idim. Yolculuk kalkış saatine 40 dakika kala aracın sşöförğnü aradığımda hiç bür şeyden haberi yoktu ve ben bilmediğim bi yerde valizimle öylece kalakaldım. Sağlık görevlisiyim. Ve Son dolmuş saatini kaçırdığım içinde yarın işe yetişemicem. Baya berbatmışssınız

Мошенники всюду

К сожалению последнее время столкнулся с проблемой, что создавая поездки, места бронируют какие то боты с фейковых номеров и новых аккаунтов. Телефон у них не доступен, в чате отвечают, что перезвонят позже, а по факту пассажира вы не увидите. Разработчики, не знаю кто и зачем это делает, но с этим нужно что то делать. Я так полагаю что для новых пользователей, первые поездки бесплатные, видимо пора это убрать.
