While we used another service to ride around the various cities, we used Blacklane for everything else (multiple airport transfers and train station transfers) and I have to say it was so easy and comfortable. The company called the driver as we were getting in the car to go to our destination and told the driver to find a grass area for our dog because they looked in our connections and saw we were on the train for the last 7 hours.
Highly recommended and more affordable than initially assumed.
Level of service highly variable
Level of service differs massively depending on what country and what part of the country you are in. I didn’t find the service, or customer care as reliable as I needed for my business or personal travel.

More marketing than rideshare
They invest heavily on marketing but offer subpar service. They charge $150 for regular transfer and outsource that for $35 so no wonder you see unhappy drivers.
Also they have offices in India working on pumping reviews to boost their rating. Please read through reviews before booking, all genuine reviews are 1 or 2 stars.
