Blacklane - Book Private Rides

I ordered the Blackline service to Gatwick Airport (Kristelle...), the driver was impulsive and unreasonably rude to the customer and left the customer unserved. I have been a customer of Blacklane for about 6 years, I have driven about 50+ times, I am convinced that this kind of behavior and service style is unacceptable towards the customer. I hope that this company will withdraw from the market very soon.

While we used another service to ride around the various cities, we used Blacklane for everything else (multiple airport transfers and train station transfers) and I have to say it was so easy and comfortable. The company called the driver as we were getting in the car to go to our destination and told the driver to find a grass area for our dog because they looked in our connections and saw we were on the train for the last 7 hours. Highly recommended and more affordable than initially assumed.

Level of service differs massively depending on what country and what part of the country you are in. I didn’t find the service, or customer care as reliable as I needed for my business or personal travel.

Arrived on time very friendly very polite helpfulness , the car supper clean w fresh air I had comfortable & smothering ride Was so nice driver helped me w my baggage. Thanks a lots to the driver .

At Blacklane the drivers are professional. They are attentive to their clients, they greet you with a smile.

BlackLane, a corrupt company, will sued for unfair labor practices after failing to pay its drivers a fair and unfair policies against drivers
