Good service and nice car

It has a great service but its too expensive!

The experience was very bad and worrying. My flight was late at night from city to city and I had my booking made prior to my flight. Once I was in the car, we were driving for around an hour before the driver started falling asleep. He was clearly drowsy and we almost crashed into the pier twice. He asked me twice that if I wanted him to stop driving for awhile, which wasn’t part of the deal as it was supposed to be a straight 3-hour drive. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable and it is the first and last experience with Blacklane.

This is my first app review, this is how bad my experience was. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to use the service.
