BluOS Controller

Gang på gang kan jeg ikke få forbindelse til min musiktjeneste igennem BluOs app’en. Det er simpelthen for dårlig kvalitet at man skal døje med denne type problemer hver gang man skal hører musik. Og det er bare blevet endnu værre efter 4.0 versionen er kommet.

Super nederen at BluOS, ikke kan komme overens med Apple, så man kan styre volumen med side knapperne

Fungerer som forventet i de overordnede funktioner. Mange funktioner og muligheder i appen. Playliste-funktion virker for komliceret.

På min MacBook skal hele tiden genstartes for at virke og på iPhone skal slukkes og dernæst tændes for at virke på BluOS. Det var ikke et problem d’or et 1/2 til et hel årsiden. Sådan har det , desværre, altid været for macbook’en.

The latest design is really confusing. There is too much information crammed on to too little space. Did you think about mobile phones to be the primary device? And the information is organised is not logical.

Puha 4.0 - det betyder vel at der har været mindst tre forsøg før 4.0 - og det er stadig en tung og ikke særlig intuitiv oplevelse! Kom nu Bluesound - softwaren skal følge med hardwaren - hvor svært kan det være? Kig på Steve Jobs - han levede ikke forgæves!

I have tried everything that is possible- disconnect router, reinstall app etc, nothing happens. But I see on the internet lot has problems, do you self a favor, don’t by this product This Company is clearly not professional regarding software, no customer service department. I have spoken with the biggest dealer of this product in Denmark with more than 30 dealerships, they have amazing customers service, told them, don’t ruing that because of Bluesound, in the end they have to deal with unsatisfied customers, because those who make this product don’t care,

Hi BlueSound. I've just downloaded the new BluOS app, I hoped you've changed the things I'm looking for regarding missing buttons in playlists. I can't see any difference, but a friend of mine has told me that there are new buttons in the playlists, but I can't get hold of these with VoiceOver. I am definitely a VoiceOver user as I am totally blind. I have written to you before about the fact that we lack the option, as before, to put together several playlists in the play queue. And I've also asked you to keep accessibility, VoiceOver, in mind when you do the coding. I am by now quite disappointed that I am not getting any answers from you. You just write that you want to return, but it never happens. In the new version of the app, things might be fixed, but I can't use it. it's just not ok. Sofia Solring."
