Design

The latest design is really confusing. There is too much information crammed on to too little space. Did you think about mobile phones to be the primary device? And the information is organised is not logical.

Steve Jobs levede ikke forgæves!

Puha 4.0 - det betyder vel at der har været mindst tre forsøg før 4.0 - og det er stadig en tung og ikke særlig intuitiv oplevelse! Kom nu Bluesound - softwaren skal følge med hardwaren - hvor svært kan det være? Kig på Steve Jobs - han levede ikke forgæves!

Search function stalls

In IDAGIO search just keeps on going, no results ever.

App will not open - can not connect WiFi to speakers

I have tried everything that is possible- disconnect router, reinstall app etc, nothing happens. But I see on the internet lot has problems, do you self a favor, don’t by this product This Company is clearly not professional regarding software, no customer service department. I have spoken with the biggest dealer of this product in Denmark with more than 30 dealerships, they have amazing customers service, told them, don’t ruing that because of Bluesound, in the end they have to deal with unsatisfied customers, because those who make this product don’t care,

VoiceOver

Hi BlueSound. I've just downloaded the new BluOS app, I hoped you've changed the things I'm looking for regarding missing buttons in playlists. I can't see any difference, but a friend of mine has told me that there are new buttons in the playlists, but I can't get hold of these with VoiceOver. I am definitely a VoiceOver user as I am totally blind. I have written to you before about the fact that we lack the option, as before, to put together several playlists in the play queue. And I've also asked you to keep accessibility, VoiceOver, in mind when you do the coding. I am by now quite disappointed that I am not getting any answers from you. You just write that you want to return, but it never happens. In the new version of the app, things might be fixed, but I can't use it. it's just not ok. Sofia Solring."

Længe ventet 4.0 opdatering har ikke givet noget nyt til mig. Svært at se hvorfor man ikke bare skal bruge Tidal/Spotify Connect. Jeg har slettet appen.

Buggy new update

BluOS 4.0 looks great and is more user friendly, but it loses 2 stars for being very buggy and unstable. Another star lost as they are seemingly unable to respond to my support request. I mean, just test it before releasing and don’t release if it isn’t ready. Every bug I’ve come across repeats every time I use the app, so it shouldn’t be difficult to find and fix before release. P.s. for those with WiFi issues, bluesound doesn’t seem to work with WiFi - after plugging in a slower, wired connection I haven’t once had an issue
