This app has always been bad (bit at least it worked somehow). Now the app keeps crashing on all of my devices (iphone, ipad,...). Reinstalling does not solve the problem. Since the app crashes during launching you cannot even change the setting... Just a terrible piece of software!
You need the app before you can use it. Paid at the airport but couldnt use it without the app, which i wasnt able to get without internet. Anyway i could the free support and they helped me out.
Läuft alles bestens bei mir am ipad2. Verwende es wöchentlich am Flughafen und an Hotspots in der Stadt.
... just like Boingo itself does! I paid for boingo in Heathrow Airport, couldn't get it working, Even with Boingo Support! Nevertheless I had to Pay for 1 Month of WiFi, which I was not able to use...
