Unable to connect in many of the locations that the service is offered.

Totally innovative.

Very convenient for a low price!

But.... Often cant connect to a network although Boingo says its available. Suggestion: offline map of working hotspots would be great, so we know which way to go if we need one.

The bongo service allows me to connect on only 20% of the "boingo" partner networks due to many technical issues. Note that I am in south Korea, one of the best connected countries in the world!

Dishonest merchant: every two months without consent they try to bill the account that appears and was expired months ago. Additionally, at Rome International airport App hasn’t options to connect/find to a WiFi/hotspots by itself. A loop trying to connect to a free hotspot. Desperate and poor app.

I just received my new black MC. I read that one of the perks is a boingo subscription however, the website says my card is ineligible and when I called to MC, they said they finished the partnership with boingo. But the app still says for MC users. Who is lying?

Stop scamming people with this broken beat down app. Trash app is slow and buggy. Dangerous nasty inappropriate behavior coming from this app.

I signed up for this at Chicago O'Hare a few minutes ago. It does not allow access to any wi-fi in one of the largest airports in the world. I cancelled it and since there is apparently no trial period, I lost $9.99 needlessly.

I downloaded this app hoping to be able to use when I travel but the app is confusing and the service is horrible. Worst of all I paid for a subscription and then the app charged me for it again. Double charged for a service that doesn’t work and an app that is not functioning.
