love it, slight issue

wish you could go by chapters instead of pages. also wish you could add a link for the online book reading people, like me! (: overall, though, everything is near perfect!

Cool concept but requires payment for full access

I like how you can start when you read and finish, allowing you to time/track how much you’re reading. I also am keeping track of books I’ve read this year on this app but it only lets you use it 3 times a week otherwise if you want to use it more than that, it’s not free. I think that’s pretty low considering I could read 3 times in a single day. I don’t think it’s worth paying though either

A Great and Needed App!

I use this app to keep track of all the books I’ve been reading/read and I couldn’t ask for a better app to do it. It has a clean UI, a dialed look, and a great library to pick from. Great app!!

Love the app until an update lead to it freezing

Loved using this app until there was an update. First I had to delete the app and redownload it which deleted all my logged time. Now I am only able to track individual books. When I go to the part of the app that combines all stats, it freezes every time. I am paying for this app and nothing has been done to fix this bug. Im too afraid of deleting the app again and losing everything

Best Bool App

I love this app! The ease of adding books and the details are amazing. The ask AI feature is really good too. This app helped respark my love of reading. Highly recommended

absolutely love this app just one thing i wish could be fixed.

i love this app so much but i wish there was a tab where you could see all the books you own only. i noticed there is only a tab for books to read and for all books you have put on your wishlist and you own.

This app is actually SO good.

It would only be better if also supported movies and series too. 👀

Slick alternative to mainstream apps

I’m really enjoying this app so far! I ended up subscribing to the full version because it feels nice to have an app where I can track my reading simply, without all the bloat of Goodreads (and even Storygraph): It’s more like a journal than a social network, which is what I want. I have a few suggestions for the developer: - Perhaps the reading time goal more of an optional feature. It’s nice to know how much time is left in books and to get reading reminders, but those aren’t what I’m *primarily* looking for (although they’re nice to have as secondary features). - Allow users to track what page they’re currently stopped at without having to give what page they started from in a session. This is one of the few things that Bookshelf does worse than GR and SG. I can’t just say “I’m on page 211,” I have to plug in a whole reading session and say that I started at page 200 for this session and ended at 211. Again, the Reading Session feature (I read from X to Y in Z minutes) is great as an option, but I’d also like the ability to just say “I am at Page X as of Date/Time Y.” - Related to the last point, currently, if you enter in a page number incorrectly and submit it, there’s no way to change it (which, again, is something that you can do in GR and SG). If I say that I read up to page 140 by accident, when I really meant to type page 14, there’s no way to change it after the fact so that I can track my reading between pages 14 and 140. - Some of the navigation is a little unintuitive: specifically, I noticed I had a hard time finding how to give a star rating to a book. These suggestions come from a spirit of caring about the app, and I’m very happy to support an indie developer!

Awesome Customer Support

I came across a billing issue, and contacted the creator. Although it wasn’t totally resolved, they went above and beyond to make it right. I am impressed by this app, it’s design, and the people behind it. 👏
