冥想呼吸练习的好帮手
这款软件完全免费，设置简单，界面也比较友好。杨定一博士的书里介绍了几款用来呼吸练习的软件，我全部试用了一遍，最后留下这一款软件作为日常呼吸练习使用。
很简洁的应用
呼吸也好，很多其他事情也一样，太过于复杂的功能很多时候是对用户的引导和塑造，往往会使用户偏离本心
