Great for keeping on track in a routine
Great app. Would be nice to have a photo option for pictures as we use it as a family and the kids don’t always recognise the picture they are a bit obscure.

Great, really well thought out. Love the pre determined schedules and the detail to which they are broken down (some of us really need that!). Lost a star as I would love an Apple Watch feature so you don’t have to bring your phone around with you (which opens up more distraction). Also a free version so that users such as students can benefit (even if that means adds) and/or a “buy once” price - I need another subscription like I need a hole in the head!
At first I was really exited to try Brili so I make a night routine and a morning one. The next morning my routine started and I had finished two jobs but it just kept showing those two jobs over and over. With the night routine it was the same. It was really quite frustrating and I didn’t know why it was happening and I tried to fix it but that didn’t work. Of course I’m not saying it’s a bad app, it’s probably just a glitch on my phone. But if anyone happens to know how to fix it please reply!
After a couple of days push notifications stopped working even though they are switched on in the app and on my phone. I contacted support and got a nonsensical response and then my second email got ignored. Avoid.
I thought this was a free app to schedule my life I have adhd and I need help to schedule things I cannot afford to pay for these things having low Income it wasn’t until I downloaded the app that I realised it’s a paid subscription this really makes me upset
This app is great and helps me remember meds and get ready for the day much faster. The gamification aspect is awesome. But there are some issues. Often when I scroll down to re-order tasks, I get a blank window popping up with nothing but the cancel and done buttons. So I just delete tasks. Also, today I was running a routine and closed my ph. When I re-opened the app, the routine I was working on was gone but I was still getting notifications that time was running out on my task. When I clicked on a notification, it didn’t take me back to that routine so I had to restart the whole thing again. Finally, ph notifications are important so we remember to open the app. But I find it disruptive when the app dings to tell me time is running out AND my ph gets a notification about it. I always have to stop to see if it’s a work email. Bonus ideas: Some of us are chronically ill. It’d be awesome if we could select a sick/slow/relaxed routine option. So if we wake up unwell one day, instead of starting a routine on schedule and completing it in time, perhaps we could have a “sick day” routine saved somewhere that is not attached to the calendar. So whenever we’re ready to get moving, we click on that routine and instead of each task being timed, we could set the app to give us a gentle reminder every 10/15/30 mins to check the routine and get back into it. Whatever interval the person needs. Sick days are hard enough without feeling like a failure but this app would be amazing in a sick day coz we can get it to do remind us of the extra symptom-management tasks. Also, the app is advertised to have on demand routines. I get that we can click a routine and start it any time, but do we have to create routines and allocate them to a particular time? That’s all I managed to do. I want a “going out” routine so when I have to leave the house, I can make sure I get all my meds, charge my wheelchair, etc. But I don’t always know ahead of time if I’m going out so I don’t want to assign it to a spot in the calendar. Overall though, this app is a game changer!
This app has literally changed my life. I’m 25 and I have ADHD, so it help remind me of things just I normally forget about. More significantly, it helps me try not to do everything all at the same time, and get overwhelmed! Doing one thing at a time is so helpful. My room now stays consistently clean, and I have broken down the cooking process so that I put all my ingredients before hand and the kitchen stays orderly while I cook and there’s isn’t a mess spread over the whole kitchen. You can tell that a lot of thought and design have gone into this app to make if ADHD user friendly. So thank you for caring about us and making this app. I would also love to see some extra features added too. If the routine is set to “ends by” instead of “starts by”, it auto re-calculates the time but it does it in a really weird way that doesn’t make any sense to me and I don’t know how it’s re-calculating it. It would be great if it doesn’t re-calculate the times, but it just showed you what time you would be finished your routine if you continued at this rate (i.e. very late), and how much time you have to catch up on to be finished on time. Therefore, the goal would be to continue trying to reduce that overtime and do things faster. And as you got faster, your estimated finish time would be earlier and the “how many minutes late are you” time would hopefully be smaller. Also, the app has a really good chime sound at about 3/4 of the way through a task. But sometimes the chime sound doesn’t go off and it’s just the regular other sounds and I don’t really know why it doesn’t go off. So it would be great to have that time sound all the time on all of the tasks. Also, if you made an Apple Watch version, I would buy an Apple Watch.
This app has helped me so much to remember to brush my teeth, wash my face etc, and still leave my house on time to go to university. Iʼm so glad this app exists and would recommend to any friends who need help staying on track. Some suggestions: - it’d be great if it was an Apple Watch compatible visual timer, as I have to bring my phone with me from my bedroom to my kitchen to my bathroom when Iʼm getting ready in the morning, as I really benefit from glancing at the timer. - it’d be cool if a desktop version could be made. I understand developing such a great tool would be difficult, I would love to know if I can donate somewhere. ~Thank you ☆
