Used this few years ago when I wanted to pick up running and run my first 5k. In 3 months I could easily run my first 5k. Now a few years later of not running and 5 months after giving birth, I wanted to start again and it’s as brilliant as ever. Thank you for this.
This app is very efficient at gradually improving your stamina and keeping you motivated throughout your run.
It make me want to open this apps everyday!
so far I think this is the best app that I ever found for running apps. I wet my shirt from my unstoppable sweat phewww 😬

They say baby steps! And this is my tutor to keep me motivated!
It's a good app but was a bit nonplussed to see it end after three days and move on to week 2. It shd give us the option of more days of possible . Also even if you don't click workout complete it does so automatically which can be a bit deceptive.
Easy to understand, simple to operate and builds up stamina without you realising it. I just completed my first race today, thanks to this App!
This is my 3rd day of using the app. Not bad for an app that is free.
