Great app for all levels
I’ve tried few similar apps before and this one is by far one of the best out there. I’ve started with the free version following “The full Journey - Level 1”, workouts are clear, simple and easy to use, the user interface is great and overall very satisfying. After 7 weeks I’ve decided to get the subscription so I can move to level 2. Subscription includes also the nutrition app “Food - Calorie & macro tracker” with great nutrition plans. The only suggestion to move to 5 stars would be to add the option to listen to your own music (Apple Music/spotify) while following the exercises.
Amazing
The app is amazing. I love it.Good functionality and easy step by step guides.
No sense
It is difficult to understand this up and to set up a training program. You can’t contact the owner to give feedback. The music with the excercises was so monotonic and the music disappeared now. They can rather talk you through it then it may make more sense
Well designed app
This is a great app that, unlike others, provides a clear path towards mastering calisthenics that has appropriate entry points for all skill and fitness levels. I find the videos easy to follow and very useful to have breaks between sets timed as part of the instruction videos as well. My only comment is that I have not quite worked out how to go straight to day 2, 3 or 4 of a particular programme without needing to make a schedule first and then skip ahead to the relevant day, however this is a minor point and does not detract from what is otherwise a very good quality app.
One on one coaching
I have been engaged in the one on one coaching for the past 9 weeks and it has been very beneficial. Regardless one’s knowledge of training, it is always useful to have another set of eyes on your programming and what you are trying to achieve. The coach has been very good in giving me specific exercises in order to achieve my personal goals. Consequently, I have dramatically increased the average time of a handstand and am making good progress towards being able to achieve my first handstand push-up.
Brilliant app
This app is great if you want to get into calisthenics, fitness or to loose weight, it has a wide selection of workouts and exercises at home or gym. Also there’s mobility and flexibility sessions, a food app for counting calories etc. There’s an option for online coaching too. The guys answer all the questions on the blog or email. I’ve been using this app as a pro for about 2 weeks but before doing there YouTube videos, also in the app. All in all a great app!
Fantastic Training Partner
Really enjoying the Pro version of Calisthenics Family. As long as you’re prepared to put the effort in this app will guide you through the basics (and beyond no doubt) very effectively. I’m no spring chicken at 57 but the strength gains made have been fantastic - can’t wait to continue my journey with these guys. Thank you!
Great step by step workouts
Although I have hardly missed a day from the gym in the past thirty years this is all new to me. Great workouts once you sign up for PRO which are super helpful. Like a novice again, very exciting !
Fantastic
I have to say I’m really impressed with the app and all the programs it contains. From absolute beginner to hardcore athlete there is something for everyone.
The videos are easy to follow and include timers so that you are taking the correct amount of rest.

I really like this app, it’s easy to follow the exercises and log your reps. I’ve signed up for the twelve week challenge and finding it very motivating.
