Se pierde la compra
Por qué después de haber pagado por la aplicación empiezan a cobrar por todas las funciones Pro? Están tratando de obligar a los usuarios a que paguen más? Eso es un abuso por parte de ustedes. Deberían devolverme lo que pague por la aplicación.
They are charging me for what I already paid
I bought the application several years ago and now they are charging me a monthly fee. It is unfair that they now try to charge again for what I already paid. This seems disrespectful to me and I am presenting my voice of protest
Lost access to pro features
So, out of the blue I lost all the pro features I paid for. Why is this happening? Saw many other people with the same issue. Shame.
Why I must pay again?
Last year I paid for “complete” version of this when I replace my iPhone and I switch from “Legacy app”, why now I must pay again for the same app with te same “final/ no subscription” option even with higher price, I love this app but this is a scam, you must be clear if this app must be a new pay yearly. I quit from this app after more than 7 years using it.

Compré la versión pro en el 2019 y en la nueva actualización cobran de todo. No dejan restaurar la compra previa. Muy mal
Problemas para comunicarme con soporte técnico y dificultades con la app
Quisiera expresar mi frustración ante las dificultades que he enfrentado al intentar comunicarme con el soporte técnico de la aplicación, he intentado enviar mensajes de error directamente desde la app, pero parece que la función no está operativa, además, al intentar utilizar el enlace de soporte en el App Store, no puedo enviar mensajes, ya que el botón de envío no reacciona. Me preocupa que estos problemas estén impidiendo que los usuarios obtengan la asistencia necesaria, espero sinceramente que no estén pasando por alto las preocupaciones de los clientes, necesito respuestas con respecto a la imposibilidad de restaurar compras después de descargar la app en mi nuevo iPhone, este inconveniente afecta negativamente mi experiencia con la aplicación. Les insto a abordar estos problemas de comunicación y a proporcionar soluciones efectivas, la transparencia y el servicio al cliente son fundamentales para mantener la confianza de los usuarios, aprecio su pronta atención a este asunto.
La amo
Es increíble que esta app tome mejores fotos que la propia app del iPhone. La amo. El nivel de detalle de la foto es increíble. El control del flash es lo mejor y ni hablar de la cámara de selfie. Esta será mí app definitiva para tomar fotos.
