I’ve been using the app for reverse dieting and I am eating more than I ever did every day and I love my current physique. The app is a coaching app where it adjusts your calories (or not) every week so you don’t have to guess or use inaccurate calculators. I am using the app for food tracking aswell, since it has a food planner where you can adjust less calories for some days, and it will adjust to more the other day. Love it!

It’s not a tracking app but an coach app. The more I use it this more I love it. The first weeks was a bit annoying because it doesn’t have food from my country so I had too enter everything manually as I was going but when that’s done, My good this is the best app 5⭐️ from me
