Dark mode needed. Reiterating
I said this before at 4 stars, now I’m doing 3. You responded and said I lower my brightness. It’s not about the brightness. Just do the dark mode thing. Una Dey forbid black color?
Unable to create account
Why can’t user create account from Nigeria
Poorest Customer Service
I’m definitely reporting Carbon to cpd for hoarding my money under the guise of NIN restriction and for continuously ignoring all the support ticket I’ve submitted. I deposited 200k into my carbon account and immediately they reduced my account level to zero, which means I can’t make any payments on the account unless I update my account with my nin. I insert my verified nin into the given space and it immediately goes to an error page, I’ve been doing the same thing for almost two weeks now and no response has been received from the numerous support tickets I’ve sent. If you have any money in this app, you better pull it out as soon as you can, if you can. This isn’t a financial app. It’s beginning to look like a Ponzi scheme.

Declined of my loan
Although disappointed by the decline of my loan request from Carbon, I appreciate their transparent and efficient process. While the outcome wasn't what I hoped for, their quick response and clear communication were commendable. I'll continue exploring other options while keeping Carbon in mind for future financial needs.

I was enjoying carbon untill dey restricted my account for no good reason , I can’t access my money and it was when I needed it the most My mum was in the hospital and carbon didn’t even care
