Great cost!

Overall, really great app and service to use. We came from Canada and last time we were in NYC, we got ripped off and paid a fortune! Our flight was also delayed and we were so worried about being charged, but the app actually makes it so your flight time is regularly updated to then automatically. Really great peace of mind. After getting our bags, driver arrived in under 5 minutes.

Very frustrating
Keeps resetting to my home address when I try to enter airport pick up. If I manage to get pick up address in app won’t let me out in drop off. Nearly threw my phone. Grrrr

BAD SERVICE
The driver took my credit card and start to tell the number of my credit card to some one on the phone. Don't understand that in 2020 there are not credit card machines to pay directly with my nip. I'm not taking Carmel taxis anymore. That was my first and last time. What a bad experience! I would like to have a refund or something very upset with the service!

Great Taxi App for NYC
Definitely a better alternative to Uber, as it is cheaper. Great alternative app to have if you need a ride share App. I am receiving $10 Car Cash for my Review!
