Ordered a SUV paid $144 plus tax $163.30 although we have only 3 pax but as there is 6 pieces of luggages but came a normal sedan car $96.00 , almost twice the price . The driver received notice that there is only 3 passengers w 3 luggages . we didn’t want to wait as it was late already and have to squeeze ourselves into the small car to our destination which is 30 minutes away . Called the center and sent an email numerous times and when they called back said that need more time to investigate and refund the difference . My trip was on 21 August and till 4 sept , they are still investigating and waiting for the manager to approved !!! Every call same answer , manager has not approved . We are still investigating .
Totally disappointed with their service and never gonna engaged the service again .
