Unreliable
Booked 24 h in advance. Every time I called them they told me the car was a few minutes away. When the app finally loaded the location of the driver, turned out he was parked several miles away, and our calls went straight to voicemail. We ended up waiting for a full hour. Thankfully the Uber came in 5 minutes.
Nice experience
I used carmel for an airport transfer to LGA.
I booked it in advace, one day before.
10 minute before the scheduled time, the car was ready in front of my hotel with a big sign with my names on it. The whole trip was also good.

It saves you time , very practical app - once you collect your luggage you open the app , click and CARMEL tell you in the map where ur driver is with a picture of the car and clear picture of the driver
