Worst bank
I don’t know why but some other time when it’s not under maintenance, the app can’t be accessed.
I try to contact the bank but no more representative to assist
Very bad customer service as the customer support ai is very bad and to every question it just says “sorry I didn’t understand that.”
I take cash loan 3 months ago , now my card and app suddenly blocked without any reason , also nobody informed me. Now I got message to pay all amount it’s cheating………….
Some issue showing network not available. Two three days still same.
I’m suggesting everyone please don’t get any service from them they don’t care of you are facing any issues regarding online banking credit card or etc and the customer care team is totally useless they will never help you out I’m calling them since last 5 days no one answered😡😡😡 so guys think 100 times before you open account with them
First time to write comment cause of my disappointment with the experience I encountered while attempting to open a credit card with your bank. Unlike other banks that offer a smooth process and competitive benefits, I was met with persistent technical issues that greatly hindered the application process, raising concerns about the bank’s reliability. Furthermore, I was dismayed to witness unprofessional behavior among the bank’s agents, who appeared more focused on competing for sales than providing quality service. My referral code was changed multiple times under the pretext of resolving issues, yet this led to further complications, ultimately resulting in my application being blocked. This entire experience has left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction, and I no longer have confidence in your bank’s services. Based on this unprofessional service, I will not consider this bank for any future banking needs
