Can’t return what u purchased

Totally scammed When you try to schedule a return , it s No Way that you can process the return and No Way you can call to reach the customer service , even if u send them email , no one would ever reply .👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Never receive refund from them

Even you returned the product to them, never receive the refund.

Cettire is very sneaky!!

If I can pick zero star, I would do that! They charged HKD200 fee on EACH refunded items and without mentioning it when you arrange the return! I only realised it when I received the refund payment and then I check their T&C to discover that sneaky policy! That is very unprofessional. Never shop in Cettire again and I will just go to farfech matches nap wherever but not cettire. Lastly, their customer service is not responsive and not able to address the problem and provide solution. Worst online shopping experience ever. Think twice before you click purchase at cettire.

Poor CS

Over a month, I still have not received my refund.

Poor CS, take your money but no order confirmation

Paid for the order and no confirmation email received. No response from CS, deleting comments on social media!

Selling defectives and no CS

Please avoid this store, it is a scam, selling defective items and never responding!!!!!

投訴無門

4月9日係呢個平買對鞋，幾日後收到email通知話無我要嘅size，問我想return錢去返此平台嘅account，還是入返信用卡；本人即日回覆入返account，到今日5月4日都未refund。這時段已經多次同cs跟進都係叫我等好快入戶。上星期一話會同我跟進到今日都係音訊全無。
