買ってから10日ほど経つが処理中としかステータスが出ない。 問い合わせて数日経つが返信もない。 いつ届くのかくらい連絡がないとはカスタマーサービス悪すぎる。 他のサイトで後に頼んだものはとっくに海外から届いているので、物流の問題ではないはず。

在庫があるから、購入したのに、 クーポンを使われた事が嫌だったのか？安く売りたくないのか？ 【在庫がなかったので、キャンセルか他の物と変えて】とメールがきました。 でも、在庫が無いと言ってきた商品は、 私が買って「売り切れ」になってたのに、 また再販してました。 問い合わせも、テンプレートで会話にならないし、 返事も遅い。 カードの請求はすぐ上がるので、とっくに支払い済。 ハイブランド【高額】なので、早く返して欲しい。 買わない方がいい。 届いたらラッキーぐらいの買い物なら安く買える場合もある。 とにかくいい加減過ぎて引く

商品が届かない
商品を二つ頼んだのに、一つしか届いていない。連絡のメールも遅い。未だ、どういう状況なのか、説明もない。不信感が高まるばかりです。
トップレベルのゴミサイト
購入したものの、セタイア側は商品の在庫が無いのに在庫ありの表示をしていたため、発注出来ないと連絡が来た。そこでセタイアから返金をお願いする場合は注文のキャンセルを行って下さいと連絡されたため、注文のキャンセルを行ったが、返金対応として、3000円引かれた状態で返金された。こちらに一切の非が無いのにも関わらず、この対応は如何なものか。 まじのゴミサイト
ひどいサービス
かなりな高額のシーズナルなアイテムを購入したにも関わらず、処理中のステータスのままいっこうに発送されるけはいなくこのままだとシーズンが終わってしまいます。カスタマーサポートに連絡しても返信は無し。 なぜこのようなサービスが堂々と広告をして顧客を騙し続けているのか。少しくらいの値引きにひかれて絶対に購入してはなりません。それ以上の精神的苦痛と金銭的損失を被ることになります。早くbanした方がいいと思います。
発送されない
商人を購入しても発送されません。 カスタマーセンターからの返信もありません。
購入しても発送されない
20日ほど前にbarbourのジャケットを購入したのですが、現在も発送されておりません。 お金を騙し取られたという状況になります。 問い合わせをすると対応すると言うが、 一向に発送されないまま。 このアプリを使うならBuyMaなどの信用のあるアプリを使う方が良いです。
もう利用しない
商品が汚れていたが返品を受け付けてもらえなかった。 やりとりもこちらから催促しないと返信がなく受け付けないという返答までも2ヶ月かかった。
