Worst airline. Eva guys harass scoot plus travellers. Deny issuing boarding card. Don’t let you access lounges if you are early at airport. Scoot has no control of the same. Claims but don’t deliver. Never travel scoot plus or scoot between/from Taipei to SG

Given the quality of the parent company and it’s digital offerings, the scoot app and web experience leave a lot to be desired. Simple things like copy and paste of passport numbers should be enabled. Booking using miles while available is almost Impossible to find or utilise in the UX.

Your app tries to discourage People from booking by crashing frequently during a booking process. Fix this

No sign in possible.

Fares are expensive compared with other airlines. No offers for its own customers

Google tells you about flight delays but not this mobile app and does not allow you to mobile check in

I haven’t seen a more pathetic app than this… I can’t begin to list down the issues… failed login otps , navigation, can’t enable Face ID, it doesn’t retrieve your bookings and you can’t anyway manage anything…all it does is to enable you book your ticket and take your money. Really sad to see this standard from a SINGAPORE AIR company. :-(

After update, app is crashing. Can’t able to launch the app

Hi there, Kindly make changes to suite krisflyer especially to view and work itinerary

Unable to retrieve my booking and don’t have Krisflyer login options and scaled down options. Why cost cutting on app features as well? In addition we are forced to update every version of your app. If we are in an airport or outside with no Internet access, we simply cannot update your app. These are basic text book sense
